We recognise that your privacy is very important. Your login information and course results are only made available to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, for the purpose of determining accreditation information. Results of your tests will be made available to you, if you require, through the website.

Your email address and other personal data have been sought for the sole purpose of course conduct, accreditation management and related communications. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. We will not use your email address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it, without your consent.

The feedback form will only be used for the purposes intended; to gain industry evaluation of the product for improvement purposes.

No Credit Card is stored in, or transmitted though, the Guardian site. Where payments are made online they are made through Merchant Warrior’s Australian secure site.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Statement at anytime and you should therefore periodically refer to this document.

Australian Industry Training Group on Biosecurity Refund Policy

The following is the Refund Policy of Australian Industry Training Group on Biosecurity with regards to training services provided on this web site.

AITGB will provide a refund in the following circumstances:

Product or Service No Longer Available

In the case that a product or service has been purchased and AITGB is unable to supply that product or service due to the fact that it is no longer available, the client may request a full refund.

Client Cancels an Order for an Online Training Program

In the event that a client cancels their subscription to an online training package a full refund will be provided.

Refunds will not be given if a client has commenced the training.

The Product Does Not Meet with the Clients Approval

Subject to any warranty which may be implied by law, AITGB’s liability to the client for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused by AITGB, whether due to negligence or otherwise, in relation to a product shall be limited to providing a replacement copy of that product.

A refund may only be considered in the case that the client’s disapproval of the product is attributable in whole to an error on the part of AIWTGB.

Proof of Purchase

A Client is required to provide proof of purchase for all products and/or services for which a refund it sought. Proof of purchase includes the username issued by the Guardian system and may also include:

1. Credit card details
2. Direct deposit details (Proof of Purchase receipt), or
3. A purchase order number (if used).

Form of Refunds

A refund will be provided in the form of a refund to the bank account or credit card used to make the original purchase.

To nominate a different bank account please include the following bank details in the request – BSB, Account No. and Account Name.
